I am struggling with how to best establish a workflow for NEW policies to be vetted by our PolicyStat Committee prior to becoming an actual policy. Is there a best practice for this?

I know some organizations require completion of an Intake or Approval Form before a new policy can be established. I’ve attached an example. Anyone have a process for using a form like this? How archived?Attached to approved policies?
